Over three days, ‘The Production of Space’ ventured across built environments, natural landscapes and liminal spaces, questioning the nuanced relationships between space, place, land, body, and art. Borrowing the title from Henry Lefebvre’s influential text, the workshop explored the conceptual breadth of the notion of space, moving from its metaphysical and social construction into its visceral experience of home and city. ​It includes a series of walking  exercise, studio and gallery visits, guest talks, presentations, screening and reading groups, taken place at multiple locations including Studio Voltaire and William Morris Gallery.
